All client information shared is kept confidential for the safety and protection of MorningStarLights clients. Reiki, Acupressure and Light Language sessions do not replace regular medical care. Please see a medical doctor for all health conditions before receiving a Lotus Reiki™, Akashic Records readings/clearings, Archangel Classes/sessions, Acupressure, or light frequency healing.

*We have a no refund policy on all services. Services include but not limited to Soul alignment sessions, Akashic Record Readings/Clearings/Sessions, Lotus Reiki™ session/classes, Tarot reading, Light Language frequency healing, Akashic Record Soul Codes, Akashic Record readings, Akashic Soul Mandala's, Soul Manifesting Sessions, Soul Mandala's, Spirit Guide Team Alignment Sessions, Beginning Lotus Reiki™ Classes, Advanced Lotus Reiki™ Classes, Reiki mentorships, art pieces, Akashic Record Classes, Archangel Channeled messages, Archangel Classes, Ancestor Akashic Readings, Divine Partner Akashic Clearings, Guided Mediations, Guided Meditations, Spirit guide team bundles, light language bundles, Archangel Metatron bundles, Ancestor Bundles, Financial Clearing Bundles, on demand readings, online programs/classes for financial abundance, online programs/classes for light language, light language activations and all light language art pieces, and all new or custom created services. Any payments made outside on outside platforms including but not limited to PayPal, Venmo, Cash App will hold the same no refund policy.

*Scheduling and payment policy: I require payment in full before you session. If we have a payment agreement in place I require payment 5 days before your scheduled session/class. If you are on payment plan with payment agreement, please review all payment requires in detail.

Cancelations/rescheduling: I do allow rescheduling, as long as, I know 48 hours in advance. If you do not reschedule within 48 hours you will be charged the full session fee. plus a $50 late fee. If you reschedule 48 hours ahead of time your payment will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. If you no show for your appointment you will be charged the full session price, plus a $50 fee. I have a no-refund policy for all completed or no-show sessions. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, including free consultations, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for a late fee of $50. If you give less than 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled class you will be charged a $75 late fee and forfeit your class, unless otherwise agreed upon.

*Session Note: From time to time, with your permission, I may receive guidance to also provide you with other modalities during your sessions (usually for reiki and light frequency sessions). This may include reiki, light language, or tarot during the session. This all depends on what you are ready to receive for your highest good. However, there are times that neither of these modalities is added. If one or both of these modalities are added there is no additional charge for the session.

Service Terms and conditions
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of MorningStarLight Healing, LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

All member's information is kept secure for the members and MorningStarLight Healing, LLC safety. By becoming a member to MorningStarLights page you are giving MorningStarLight permission to store your information for business purposes. Any Members wishing not to have their information saved is responsible for notifying MorningStarLight at lovemorningstarlight@gmail.com Any Members that wrongly, abusively, or in a way treat MorningStarLight or MorningStarLight members negatively will be banded for MorningStarLights website. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold MorningStarLight (Kaylee Prebeck) harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. It is MorningStarLight Healing policy that all classes/sessions be completed and scheduled within the 1st year of purchase. If sed classes and sessions are schedule at the end of a new year you will have until the following year to complete your sessions and classes. If classes/sessions are not completed/scheduled within the first year of purchase MorningStarLight Healing reserves the right to delete sed session/classes from file and the customer forfeits their session and classes.
Email addresses maybe used for sending follow-up session/class information, further contact between client/student and MorningStarLight, any required client/student contact and email marketing. If you wish to opt out of email marketing, please notify MorningStarLight Healing.
