Ways Lemons Can Improve Your Health

Lemon water is so refreshing!

You might be thinking... "sour face"! 😆 lol Lemons! I know I used to think that way too. I found drinking a warm cup of "lightly" lemoned water 1st thing in the morning was powerful and refreshing.

Why? Warm lemon water first thing in the morning helps get you hydrated because lemons are alkaline. It also helps get your digestive system going for the day. I also found I have better clarity too. So don't pick up your phone 1st thing in the morning but rather pick up a warm cup of lemon water. Later, I will tell you some other goodies you can add to it to assist you greater with inflammatory issues too.
